Payment Policy

At Sofie Laurent we offer various payment methods. Please note that available methods may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which options are available to them.

1. Available payment methods We work with the following payment providers and methods: Shopify Payments, Creditcard. Available methods may include:

• Creditcard (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Shop Pay

2. Security All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection by our payment providers. Your full payment details are never stored on our own servers.

3. Payment processing Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully and fully completed.

4. Refunds If you are entitled to a refund (for example after an approved return), the amount will be returned within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item, via the original payment method.
