These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Sofie Laurent, reachable via info@sofielaurent.com.

1. Applicability By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions, our return policy, shipping policy, payment policy, privacy policy, and cookie policy.

2. Product information We do our best to describe products accurately and keep information up to date. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Typographical or pricing errors may occur; no rights can be derived from these.

3. Ordering and payment Orders are only processed upon receipt of full payment. Available payment methods (Shopify Payments, Creditcard) may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location.

4. Processing and delivery

  • Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
  • Shipments are sent directly from our supplier in China; customs charges may apply.
  • Stated timeframes are indicative; delays due to high volume, public holidays, or customs procedures do not give rise to a right of cancellation or refund.

5. Returns and cancellations Please refer to our separate return policy for all conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated before the item has been received.

6. Liability We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking indicates the package was delivered to the address provided. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase amount of the item in question. Always check your address details carefully.

7. Intellectual property All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, design) is the property of Sofie Laurent and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@sofielaurent.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. When submitting complaints about size or quality, always include clear photos and a description.

9. Applicable law These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
