We strive to deliver your order as quickly and correctly as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping and delivery policy.
1. Processing time (dispatch) Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery time After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping method and origin To reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on your country of delivery, customs charges may apply. Our shipping partner is Canada Post.
4. Shipping costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight, destination, and selected shipping type.
5. Tracking — customer responsibility
- The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
- The customer tracks whether the package is delivered at home or sent to a pickup point, and collects it there if necessary.
- If delivery is taking longer than expected or something seems wrong, please always send an email to info@sofielaurent.com first, rather than immediately initiating a chargeback or refund.
6. Responsibility upon delivery
- If tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
- Always check your address carefully. Errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order via info@sofielaurent.com.
